The Historical Diving Society was formed in 1990 by a group of enthusiasts whose aim is to preserve and protect diving heritage. The society aims to attain increased investment, grants and income streams to ensure a sustainable and resilient future for the society and Diving Museum. It wants to continue to maintain and further develop partnership arrangements, and explore new partnership opportunities, enabling to establish strategies which will also help to develop resilience and sustainability to the Diving Museum.
