The Crossness Engines Trust

The Crossness Engines Trust aims to be an inspirational, ethical and educational world herniate site conserving and sharing the iconic Crossness Pumping Station, developing understanding of the environmental impact of wastewater for future generations, generating awareness, pride and other benefits for the local area. Its mission is to conserve maintain and restore the Grade 1 and 2 Listed buildings, engines, site and collections, in order to preserve and interpret a unique part of London’s industrial heritage for the enjoyment, appreciation and education of a wide public. The Trust aims to achieve Museum Accreditation, and inspire a diverse range of visitors, volunteers and stakeholders, with interpretation, education and outreach.
