Suffolk Building Preservation Trust owns three historic, beautiful buildings, Little Hall in Lavenham, Pakenham Water Mill and Thelnetham Windmill. The Little Hall Museum Lavenham holds a unique and eclectic collection of objects associated with the Gayer-Anderson family, former owners and restorers of the house. Its purpose is to conserve and display the contents of the house, adding to the collection in accordance with our Acquisition and Disposal Policy, and to preserve in sound condition the Grade II* listed medieval timber-framed house itself, opening the Museum to the public in accordance with the wishes of the Gayer-Anderson brothers.
