Sudbury Gasworks Restoration Trust aims to restore, conserve and refurbish the gas house structure and site in order to establish Sudbury Gasworks as a flexible, financially sustainable and accessible community facility. Through research and creative interpretation, users will learn more about the national heritage significance of Sudbury Gasworks as well as the wider historical context of the parish, encouraging visitors to explore the village and participate in local heritage events and activities. It aims to preserve and restore Sudbury Gasworks for the benefit of the people of Sudbury Parsh, Derbyshire, and of the nation.
